Our Master Recycle 85 Water Cooled Recycling Machine recycles the HDPE - MDPE - LDPE - LLDPE - CaCO3 - PP - PS - ABS type waste or washed waste of plastic production facilities that adopt a zero waste policy, turning them into raw materials and returning them to production. Whether the products are printed or unprinted or with masterbatch additives does not affect the production quality. Thanks to the vacuum degassing system, air bubbles do not form in the granules. Plastic products loaded onto the automatic belt are loaded into the crushing system. Loading continues automatically as the load on the crusher decreases. The granule particles, which become raw materials again after heating and mixing, cool down with vibration water cooling and fill the silos through the vacuum system.
